Bauhaus, the revolutionary German art and design school, lasted only 14 years but its influence is still tangible today. The exhibition "Netherlands ⇄ Bauhaus" explores the strong connections between the Bauhaus and Dutch artists, architects, and designers, spanning from before its founding in 1919 to its international exhibition in 1968.
In close collaboration with the curator, we developed a clear and graphic editorial and visual concept, in order to guide the visitors through the vast network of people, organizations and places that the exhibition encompasses. A huge task, since the 2,000 m2 exhibition carried over 800 objects with their own story.
The exhibition was accompanied by an extensive catalogue, following the same graphic concept and design.
